Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and the rights you have over it.

Who is responsible

QUICKSORT, SAS, 142 rue de Rivoli, 75001 Paris, France (RCS Paris 878 198 332), is the controller of the personal data described here. For any question, write to hello@quicksort.fr.

What we collect

This site has no forms, no account and no tracking. We only receive personal data when you contact us:

  • when you write to us by email, for example through “Book a strategy call”: your name, email address, company and whatever you choose to tell us;
  • when you register for one of our events: registration is handled by Luma under its own privacy policy, and we receive the details you share with the organisers.

Why we use it

  • to answer your message and arrange a call (steps taken at your request before a possible contract);
  • to follow up on a business relationship with your company (our legitimate interest);
  • to run the events you register for.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

How long we keep it

Messages from prospects are kept for up to three years after our last contact. Data relating to clients is kept for the duration of the relationship, then archived for the periods required by law, such as ten years for accounting records.

Who can see it

Only the Quicksort team members who need it. Our technical providers process data on our behalf: Vercel (site hosting) and our email provider. Fonts, images and videos are served from this site itself; no third-party service is called when a page loads.

Some of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers, so there is nothing to accept. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Your rights

Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you can access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict its use, ask for it in a portable format, and give instructions for what happens to it after your death. Write to hello@quicksort.fr; we answer within one month.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can complain to the CNIL, 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, or at cnil.fr.

Changes

We may update this policy. Last updated: 20 October 2026.
